Patient-Related | Research-Related | Awareness-Related | Submit Your Event

Want to know if there is an upcoming patient-focused event in your area? Curious about which scientific symposiums will be covered in future issues of the Fibromyalgia Network Journal? Do you have an educational or awareness event that you would like to publicize on this page? Or, perhaps you are a health care provider who is interested in attending a medical conference on fibromyalgia and/or chronic fatigue syndrome ... and preferably for CME credit. You have come to the right place!

This page is divided into three event categories: (1) patient-related, (2) research-related, and (3) awareness-related (May 12). The events for each category are in chronological order. As more people submit information for upcoming events, the more useful this page will become for everyone. So, if you have an event you would like to share, please fill out the required information in the last section, Submit Your Event. If you cannot find an event in your area, check back at a later date. Attending conferences on fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) can be both educational and exciting, so Fibromyalgia Network is maintaining this page as a free service to the community.

Awareness-Related Events

Health fairs and other public forums are a great way to spread awareness about the legitimacy of fibromyalgia as a serious medical condition. In fact, May 12 is the specified awareness day for these conditions, but public education events occur all year. If you are planning such an event, please send us the information. If you happen to live nearby one of these events, you may want to volunteer your time and share in the gratification of educating the public about these devastating conditions.
