Years ago I read a study about dissolving CoQ10 that way. Blood levels were tested in the human subjects and the oil-dissolved form was absorbed twice as well as the powder form. The powder is cheaper of course. I used to have some CoQ10 in my morning tea every day. Think I'll start again. There may be better-absorbed CoQ10 available now. I don't know.

I tried CoQ10 in pill form. It did not work. I tried a few years later in liquid form from Costco and it was the 1st time in my whole life that I felt I could think clearly. Each time I run out for too long or think I don't need it.........I am back down again with severe foggy thinking. I still have fibro ups and downs on it but always think more clearly even though fibro acts up.

I took CoQ10 a few years ago for my aching and twitching muscles and received a lot of relief from my symptoms with a dose of 150mg. I stopped buying it for a while because it is so expensive and then I found a cheaper brand but it didn't work very well so I haven't bought it since. After reading this article I can see the difference is whether the CoQ10 is in oil or powder form.

wow...this makes very good sense to me. over last 10-11 yrs have pulled myself out of depths of full flare via maintenance meds only (insulin, high blood pressure, water soluable vitamins, low-carb routine diet)...to find i'm better off minus fibro med 'experimentations' via 3-season warm weather easy activities (walking/gardening) -- with good cholesterol. appreciate this!

This is very good news. I only wish I could do the treatment with my doctor ( George Kim) but he's leaving and now I must begin again with a new one who doesn't know me at all. However I will discuss this with the new one. Thank You
