I am already taking it on and off because I’m on cholestrol meds. Perhaps fibro patients should take more. Is there a side effect to doing so?

I’m taking Nature’s Bounty 200mg. I’ll come back in two weeks and let you know if I see any improvement.

I’ve had fibro for 20yrs and taken coq10 off and on with no change. Until 2weeks ago. I started taking the liquid coq 10 from Costco and a miracle happened. Energy and I can do strenuous exercise like I haven’t done in 16 yrs and NO PAIN!!!

I have researched this condition a lot and always keep coming back to the Mitochondria.
Are you saying that the Co Q 10 will help reduce the pain? Is it possible to create an overabundance of the substance?
Regards
lisa
